OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR VISITORS

1. Saunas, a cooling pool or a whirlpool may only be used by healthy people and at your own risk.

2. The guest can move in the wellness area only in sheets, bath towels, kilts, bathrobes and slippers. The sauna area is essentially without a swimsuit. Swimwear is allowed in the relaxation zones, in the whirlpool and in the snow chamber.

3. Before entering wellness, for hygienic reasons, each visitor is obliged to wash himself thoroughly with soap without a swimsuit and to observe the principles of personal hygiene in all areas. Only necessary personal hygiene is allowed in the showers, it is strictly forbidden to shave, perform manicures, pedicures, etc.

4. To prevent possible injuries, move slowly and carefully on a wet floor. The operator is not liable for damages and injuries caused by clients through their own carelessness or non-compliance with operating instructions.

5. All guests are obliged to observe the principles of morality and decency and not to bother other visitors with their behavior, including a loud conversation.

6. Enter dry saunas dry and use the borrowed sheet as a pad so that the whole body, including the legs, is underlaid. The steam sauna is entered without a sheet, we recommend wiping the seating area with a spatula.

7. The recommended time spent in the sauna is 15 - 20 minutes, according to the individual needs and feeling of the client. After using the sauna and before entering the cooling pool, it is necessary to take a shower. We recommend a short rest between cooling off and another visit to the sauna. For adequate fluid intake, drinks and also fruit and light snacks are available in the rest areas.

8. It is forbidden to bring your own essences, oils or other mixtures and preparations into saunas. Watering the stove in the sauna cabin is done only by staff. It is forbidden to touch hot water and especially metal parts in sauna cabins.

9. In the event of an emergency or acute condition (health problems, change of consciousness), use the Emergency safety button, located in the saunas, snow chamber, fitness and relaxation zone, to urgently call the operator.

10. Swimwear can be purchased at the hotel reception.
