Restaurant Chateau Petit is offering our guests a rich and tasty buffet-breakfast served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. On weekends until 10:30 a.m. Our kitchen specialises and prepares delicious meals from our own products - homemade pastries, yoghurts and even sausages. We also focus on local ingredients and a sufficient selection of local fruits and vegetables. Our guests can enjoy the selection of cold, hot, sweet and salty breakfast options. Very popular Eggs Benedict, French toast or fresh waffles with fruit and homemade whipped cream are included in our daily offer. Excellent coffee will be prepared by our coffee-machine, there is also a wide selection of teas and of course 3 types of fruit juices. Every day you can spice up the start of the day with sparkling wine, and during the weekend even with homemade liqueur. The best place to enjoy your breakfast is outside terrasse by the pool. If you like to have your breakfast in private, you can do so in your own room with hotel room service.
Bread
To prepare this delicious bread, we use 11-year-old yeast from our Italian baker friend Antonio Carlini. We bake 6 - 8 loaves every day. As a matter of interest, we add kalonji spice, also called black cumin, to the dough, which is used in the Far East not only as a spice for baking.
Yoghurt
Our yoghurts are made with a yoghurt maker and probiotic cultures provided by our parent company ESSENS, based in Brno. The yoghurt production takes approximately 8-12 hours and we also prepare it every day. We recommend mixing it with our jam or serving it with baked homemade granola or waffles.
Our spreads and rillettes
To make them as tasty as possible, we use the just mentioned whipped butter or cottage cheese. We always add only fresh herbs from our own garden.
Butter
We whip fresh butter every morning, with only Maldon sea salt added. We recommend trying it with just a piece of homemade pastry and enjoy the softness of butter in combination with crunchy sourdough bread.
Lard and Cracklings
For pork lard, we use meat from Mr. Rehák from Čejkovice from his own slaughterhouse. We prepare the pressed cracklings, which we press while still warm together with rosemary, bay leaves and coarse salt. Through this production process, we rid them of excess fat. The herbs used provide a pleasant aroma.
Pork chop
We marinate the pork chop in coarse sea salt and sugar for 5 days. Then we cover it with our own mixture of spices consisting of black and green pepper and hang it in a meat curing room at a temperature of 22 °C for 21 days. In a similar way, we prepare a whole range of other dried meats, sausages and charcuterie, which you can taste in our à la carte menu.
Cheese
You can enjoy our cheese selection from local suppliers (within max 30 km) and mainly from 3 types of milk, complemented by proven classics.
Jam
We use only fruit from our gardener Lenka, who is making sure that all the fruit is from suppliers from verified local farmers and growers. The best companion for our fruit are pancakes or French Crêpes.
Smoothie
To ensure the best quality, we use seasonal fruits and vegetables. This drink can perfectly fill you up and give you much desired energy.

Our dedication is to offer the widest possible range of mainly local fruit and vegetables, which are served fresh every day.
Homemade lemonades
For our homemade lemonades, we always use absolutely fresh seasonal fruit that has been grown without the use of pesticides. It is processed here in the shortest possible time in order to preserve its natural taste and aroma to the greatest extent.
Ginger liqueur
Cleaned and very finely grated ginger is mixed with honey, lemon juice and added with pure alcohol. Left to infuse in the cold for 10 days. Then strained through a fine cheesecloth. This energizer is very pleasant and healthy to taste in the morning.
Nut liqueur
Young, still unripe walnut fruits, best collected on St. Joh's Day, are left to soak in pure alcohol for several months together with cloves, cinnamon, orange and lemon peel. You will enjoy the wonderful taste and aroma of nuts, enriched with hints of spices and citrus.
Tea
We offer products from the Teekanne company. Every day, our guests can choose from a menu of more than 12 types of tea.
